Veggie, Sea Buckthorn and Basil Dumplings

200 g            peeled carrot or pumpkin

100 g            capsicum

2 dl               Bonne Jänö Smoothie

1 bunch       fresh basil

1 tsp             Bonne Instant Gel Powder

                      salt, pepper

                      olive oil


                      vegan puff pastry

Peel the vegetables and dice them finely.

Slice the capsicum, roast the vegetables in the oven in a drop of olive oil, for about 10 min at 200 degrees.

When the vegetables have been roasted and cooled down, add Jänö Smoothie to the mix, and season with salt and pepper.

Add the fresh basil and mix in the Bonne Instant Gel Powder.

Roll the vegan puff pastry into thin squares and add a little bit of the veggie mix.

Brush the sides of the pastry with water, and fold the squares into triangles.

Brush the dumplings with melted margarine, bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
