Bonne Carrot Purée is the quick solution if you’re feeling hungry.
Use it with frozen potato purée or instant mashed potatoes.

5 dl Bonne Carrot Purée
5 dl water
1 vegetable stock cube
200 g frozen potato purée
1-2 dl cream, cheese spread or cream cheese
black pepper, freshly ground
1-2 tsp dried tarragon or fresh parsley or both
Measure the carrot purée and water into a pot. Crumble a vegetable stock cube into the mix.
Let simmer until the vegetable stock cube has dissolved.
Add the potato purée and mix until smooth. Heat.
Add the cream, cheese spread or cream cheese, and freshly ground black pepper.
Season with dried tarragon or finely chopped parsley or both.
