Beetroot Salsa

1 dl toasted almonds
1 dl olive oil, fridge-temperature
1.5 dl Bonne Beetroot Purée
1 dl Parmesan flakes
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper

In a food processor, mix toasted almonds, beetroot purée and garlic.

Mix in the cold olive oil and cheese flakes until the mixture is smooth.

Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped chives.
