Mango Cream

Mango Cream

100 g Bonne Mango Purée
200 g cream
15 g sugar
12 g Bonne Tapioca Gel Powder
20 g butter (room-temperature)

Mix the mango purée with cream and sugar. Bring the mixture to boil. Let cool to room temperature. Using a stick blender, mix in the butter and the gel powder. Then, the cream is ready to serve. The cream is easiest to handle in a piping bag.
