Carrot Pancake

(an entire oven tray)

Carrot Pancake

Carrot pancakes are a beautiful yellow and juicy snack.
Serve with berry jam.

6 dl Bonne Carrot Purée
4 dl milk
4 eggs
5 dl wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 – 11/2 dl oil

Measure the carrot purée and milk in a bowl, and add eggs, while continuously mixing.
Add the flour, salt and oil.
Pour the dough on a suitable oven tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 225 degrees for about 30 min.
Serve with berry jam.
