Quantity for 1 whole baking tray
You can enjoy sugar-free Bonne fruit purées with crêpes and pancakes, as these purées are naturally sweet enough and do not need any added sugar.
1 l milk
5 dl wheat flour
100 g margarine or 1 dl rapeseed oil
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 ½ dl foamy vanilla sauce
Bonne Apple Sauce + a dash of cinnamon
Beat the milk and the eggs. Add the flour, melted margarine or oil, and salt and sugar. If possible, let the dough rise for about half an hour before baking. Pour the dough onto a suitable baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake at 225 degrees for about half an hour.
Serve with foamy vanilla sauce and cinnamon-flavoured Bonne Apple Sauce.
