Apple Cupcakes

Cupcakes can look amazing with just a few easy tweaks.

You can season the dough in different ways, and substitute the apple purée with other Bonne berry and fruit purées.

2 eggs

1 dl sugar

1 dl yoghurt

1 dl (100 g) melted butter or margarine

1 dl Bonne Apple Purée

2 ½ dl wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla sugar


2 dl whipped cream

200 g cream cheese or curd

1 dl Bonne Apple Purée or Bonne Organic Apple Purée

¾ dl sugar

a dash of cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla sugar

For decorating:

2 apples

½ dl sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl until smooth, using a wooden spatula.

Pour the mixture into a muffin tray and back at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Let cool.

Beat the whipped cream and mix in the curd, apple purée, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.

Place big spoonfuls of this mixture on top of the cooled muffins.

Slice the apple thinly.

Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.

Turn the apple slices in the mixture and place in the middle of the cream-curd dollop for decoration.
