You can fine-tune the traditional cheesecake with different seasonal berry and fruit purées.
150 g butter or margarine
1 dl cane sugar or castor sugar
3 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
200 g curd
½ dl coconut flakes
2 dl Bonne Banana Purée
½-3/4 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
approx. 2 dl Bonne Mango Purée
1 passionfruit’s seeds
Beat the butter and sugar into a foam.
Add the egg, mixing well.
Add previously mixed dry ingredients.
Press the dough on the base and sides of a pie dish with a 24-cm diameter.
Bake at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Mix the filling ingredients and pour onto the pre-baked base.
Continue baking at 200 degrees for about half an hour, or until the surface is solid.
Serve with mango purée. Decorate each serving with passionfruit seeds.
