You will need:
1 dl Bonne fruit or berry purée (you can use different flavours)
1 tbsp runny honey or light syrup
6 tsp gelatine powder
6 tbsp water
(a drop of food colouring)
Mix the honey and colouring well with the Bonne purée. Measure the gelatine and water into a small bowl. Mix until the mixture is relatively thick. Heat the gelatine mixture in the microwave for 30 sec. Using a whisk, mix a thin ribbon of the melted gelatine into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into different silicone moulds, for example. Solidified jelly will come out of hard moulds too, if you help a bit with the tip of a knife.
You can also pour the jelly onto a rectangular baking tray lined with baking paper, and cut out different shapes using a knife or cookie cutters.
Place the moulds or the jelly tray into the freezer for at least 4 hours, or even until the following day. Store the sweets in the fridge.
Tip: Use at least two or three different-flavoured purées (e.g. strawberry, pear and mango) to make layers in the moulds. If you want, you can also dip the jelly figurines in melted chocolate, either partially or completely.
