150 g Bonne Mango Purée
150 g cream
50 g sugar
6 g Bonne Tapioca Gel Powder
Mix the purée, cream and sugar when cold, bring to boil. Pour the warm mixture into a blender and mix in the gel powder. Pour into a serving dish and let the panna cotta cool. Decorate as desired.
