Vegan Mousse

Vegan Mousse

150 g almond milk (or equivalent)
150 g Bonne Blueberry Purée
30 g sugar
12 g Bonne Tapioca Gel Powder

Mix the ingredients with a stick blender and let rest for 5 min.

250 g soy cream
2 g Bonne Tapioca Gel Powder

Whisk the cream and the gel powder. Mix with the previous mixture. Pour into a serving dish and decorate.
