Carrot Cake

1.5 dl vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 dl sugar
4 dl wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
2.5 dl Bonne Carrot Purée

Lightly beat the oil and sugar. Add the eggs and the carrot purée.

Sieve in the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a suitable tray and bake at 175 degrees.
