Mango Pork

Fruit purées are also great in the marinades and sauces of meat dishes. This mango pork is absolutely delicious. This sauce is also great for seasoning other pork and chicken dishes.

1 tbsp oil
500 g cubed or sliced ham
black pepper



1 dl ketchup
250 g Bonne Mango Purée
1 tbsp soy
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp spirit vinegar
2 tsp paprika
a dash of cayenne pepper

Take the meat out to room temperature about half an hour before cooking. Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the pork cubes or slices, season with salt and pepper. Add the sauce ingredients and let the meat stew until tender. Serve with rice or potatoes.
