400 g beef mince
200 g pork mince
2 egg yolks
1 finely chopped onion
2 dl Bonne Beetroot Purée
1 dl finely chopped capers
finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Mix the beetroot purée, chopped onion, capers, parsley and egg yolks.
Add the mince, season with salt and pepper.
Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour before cooking the patties.
