Beetroot & Apple Tortillas

2.5 dl wheat flour

2 tbsp olive oil

3 dl Jänö Juice

0.25 tsp salt

dried fennel (to taste)

Mix the Jänö Juice with wheat flour, using a wooden spoon or a dough mixer.
Add the olive oil, ground fennel and salt, and work the dough for about a minute.
Let the dough rest for about 40 min.
Work the dough, add some flour if necessary. Divide the dough into four and roll out thinly, so that the tortillas are of a suitable size.
Fry the tortillas on both sides over low heat in a drop of olive oil. Let cool under a towel.
