Carrot & Orange Soup

Carrot & Orange Soup

1 sliced onion
1 tbsp ground ginger
5 lime leaves
1 orange’s grated peel
1 l Bonne Carrot Purée
1 l chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
2 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper

Sauté the onion on a pan over low heat until soft, do not let it get brown.

Add the ginger, lime leaves, grated orange peel and sugar.

Pour in the carrot purée and the broth.

Bring to boil and let simmer for about 10–15 min.

Season with salt and pepper. Sieve the soup before serving.
